Students learn how to teach, evaluate, and certify participants in ASHI training programs.  Students will also be given a foundation in teaching knowledge and skill to enable them to be sufficiently competent in the classroom. 

Intended Audience

American Safety & Health Institutes CPR Instructor program is designed for individuals who have a desire to teach and have been certified in healthcare provider CPR for a minimum of one year. 

Individuals wishing to take this course must be proficient in their CPR skills and have permission from their Chief to attend.

Registrants must also apply to be a part-time Assistant Instructor with Fauquier County DFREM.
