The Operations Division of the Fauquier County Fire and Rescue System is responsible for the provision of emergency response fire protection/prevention and emergency medical services (EMS) to the community. The Operations Division is the largest division in the Department. It is made up of 600 + members, 112 of which are career; all of which are assigned to staff emergency units 24/7/365.  The Operations Division answers over 12,000 calls for service a year through ten fire and rescue stations covering 660 square miles.  For a listing of stations click here.
